This website, oyaesta.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), is operated by Haikou Oyae International Trade Co., Ltd. We respect your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, where it goes, and what rights you have.
What we collect
- Consultation booking form — company name, contact name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, industry, target market, company size, and (optionally) a description of your compliance challenge, together with the page the request was submitted from.
- Newsletter subscription — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Blog comments — the name, email address, optional website and comment text you submit, plus the IP address recorded by WordPress for spam protection.
- Technical logs — like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
You can browse this website without providing any personal information.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To respond to your consultation request, understand your business context before we talk, and — after we have confirmed your needs together — open your client workspace account.
- To send you our newsletter with compliance updates and practical guides, if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop the emails at any time.
- To display and moderate blog comments.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not run advertising on this website, and we do not use your data for profiling.
Where your data is stored and who receives it
- Consultation requests are transmitted to and stored in our own client-intake system, hosted on our own infrastructure.
- Invitation and service emails are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider.
- Newsletter addresses are stored in this website’s mailing system.
- This website is hosted by Hostinger; standard server logs are kept on their infrastructure.
- Web fonts on this site are self-hosted on our own server — no font request is sent to Google or any other third party when a page loads.
Apart from the service providers above, we do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of prior inquiries. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Comments remain published until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You are entitled to ask us, at any time, to:
- Access — provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify — correct data you believe is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Erase — delete your personal data;
- Object / restrict — stop or limit our processing of your data;
- Port — transfer your data to you or another organisation.
